The zip on my jacket gave up after only a few months, which was frustrating, and I wasn’t sure how much hassle it would be to sort. To be fair, Trekitt replied quickly and were really helpful with the warranty side of things. They kept me updated while it was sent off, which I appreciated. The repair came back fine in the end, although the whole process did take a bit longer than I’d have liked. Overall though, it was nice dealing with actual people who seemed to care and got it sorted without making it difficult

The sizing advice was exactly right. It fit perfectly, and I did not have to mess around with returns or exchanges.

Trekitt does seem like a proper outdoor shop and I’ve heard a few people mention them before, so I didn’t think it looked dodgy or anything. The brands and prices seem legit too, which is a good sign. That said, I’m still a bit unsure. I’ve seen quite a few mixed reviews about delivery and how they handle things when something goes wrong, and that’s the kind of stuff that puts me off. If a shop promises delivery times or says they’ll sort an issue, I expect them to actually follow through, not leave people chasing. I’d probably only try them with a small order first before spending a lot. Not terrible, just not fully confident in them

Got exactly what I ordered, and it was the right size and colour too, which is always a nice little win. Everything matched the website, arrived in good shape, and there was no messing about. Happy with it overall and I’d definitely use Trekitt again.
